NOT FOR EVERYONE
If you absolutely need a dedicated telephoto lens for zooming in at concerts or sporting events, the standard iPhone 16 is not for you. You will want to step up to the Pro line to get that optical zoom capability.
Similarly, if your eyes are highly sensitive to screen refresh rates and you demand a 120Hz display, you will find the 60Hz screen on this model to be a dealbreaker.
Lastly, if you are currently using an iPhone 15, the year-over-year changes are mostly centered around the new buttons and the processor. Unless you desperately want the Camera Control feature, you might be better off waiting for the next generation.
